‍A Fast, Fully Compliant Solution for a Preschool

The preschool was operating from an existing temporary classroom unit that had become unsuitable for occupation due to issues with the building structure and insufficient insulation. As a result, the preschool children had to be temporarily relocated into the adjacent primary school, creating disruption for both the children and the school community.

With a fully functioning replacement building urgently required, the preschool owner approached Mbloc to provide a solution within a challenging 10 week timeframe. The project required not only the completion of the new building, but also full compliance with Building Regulations and the necessary sign-off before the preschool could return to its own dedicated space.

Delivered in Just 9 Weeks
Through careful planning, efficient project management and Mbloc’s ability to utilise Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), the replacement preschool building was completed and handed over in just 9 weeks - one week ahead of the required 10 week deadline.

The new building was delivered as a fully functioning, high quality preschool facility, providing a safe, comfortable and suitable environment for the children and staff.

Crucially, the building was fully compliant with Building Regulations and successfully signed off, giving them confidence that the new facility met the required standards and was ready for occupation.
